•  Animals
  Livestock is guaranteed for 48 hrs after collection or delivery. If there is a problem with your animal you must inform us within 48 hrs of receipt of the animal.
  All animals will be feeding on defrost unless otherwise stated.

• Deposits
  If you see a snake you would like to reserve then a minimum deposit of 25% is required. This will secure the animal and it will be unavailable for purchase by anyone else and will be withdrawn from sale.

     * Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE

•  Collection
  Collection of animals direct from us is preferred. At this moment a courier service is not available but it may be possible to collect animals from one of the current shows in the UK.

•  Delivery
  It may be possible for us to deliver the animals directly to you but there will be a minimum delivery charge of £50.00 depending on the distance, please enquire.

     *All animals must be paid for in full including delivery fee prior to delivery.
